Just use any succulent - I especially love donkey-tail sedum in hanging elements. My climate isn't as extreme as yours, but even I try to do what is easiest, and succulents combine ease of culture with glorious beauty! You might have to bring them in for the winter (I know you guys get cold over there), but if you hang them next to a bright window, they'll be fine LOREE!!! I love these SOOOO much and I want more!
